The 223rd Rifle Regiments Rules of Engagement cover all aspects of successfully reenacting a World War 2 fighting unit. First: Safety is our highest concern. All safety rules put forth by the unit OIC and persons in charge of any event that the group might be attending will be strictly followed. Safety rules are furnished and briefed to members and to potential members. Any person wishing to review our safety rules may do so by e-mail request. Second: Proper reenactment of the Russian Soldier during World War 2 will be maintained at all times during any event that the group might be attending. Be it a public or private battle or a living history event. Our goal is to show the public how the Russian Soldier lived and fought during the war. Members of the group will be trained and given a manual on proper reenacting techniques.  Persons hoping to see all the commands and formation stuff will have to join! Promotions and awards will also be given to members in written form. Maybe one day all that stuff will appear on this site. Just have to get our Political Officer to do it!
